I’m Neo, an independent entrepreneur. After graduating from college, I started developing and selling the Huiye Rotating Chandelier Lift System, and also founded the brand LOLPrank on my own.
This year, I began driving the all-electric Avata 06 Max variant. The biggest reason I chose this car is its interior—it gives me a sense of luxury. Meanwhile, the air suspension and CDC damping system deliver an extremely smooth driving experience. The square steering wheel felt unfamiliar at first, but I got used to it after a short while. Below is my analysis of the car’s pros and cons for your reference.
Pros:
- Exceptional driving experience: Road noise from the tires is minimal. Though the car’s chassis was expected to be a weak point, its performance has exceeded my expectations.
- Cutting-edge exterior design: Its unique design language makes it instantly recognizable on the road. Avata has always stuck to original design—a rare quality among auto manufacturers where copying is prevalent today.
- Luxurious interior: However, since aesthetic preferences vary from person to person, there’s no universal standard for this aspect.
- Powerful performance: It delivers strong power for overtaking and acceleration, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of under 4 seconds.
Cons:
- Underwhelming in-car voice assistant: Compared to voice assistants equipped with large language models like ChatGPT (e.g., that in the XPeng P7+), it feels rather clunky. It fails to respond if questions aren’t phrased extremely precisely.
- Small trunk capacity: The trunk is smaller than those of comparable models, making it less suitable for family road trips.
If you can accept its small trunk and less intelligent voice assistant, while valuing the Avata 06’s design language and driving experience, then the Avata 06 is definitely your top choice!
